Nick Cutler - Captain 
Nick Cutler is a hands-on professional who has logged more than 100,000 nautical miles at sea during a 20-year career starting in Sydney Harbour and encompassing all of the world's major oceans. A qualified shipwright, Nick brings a broad engineering and boatbuilding background to complement his extensive yacht racing and management experience. With his wide knowledge of the best cruising grounds in the Caribbean and Mediterranean Seas, Nick can confidently plan and execute the best itineraries for Freedom's guests. Nick operates under a current MCA Deck Officer's Class-4 certification with a command endorsement to 3,000 grt.

Louise Sutton
Purser Louise Sutton is also a holder of the Yachtmaster Ocean certificate with Commercial Endorsement and is more than qualified to captain in her own right. Lou has extensive worldwide cruising experience and is a detail-oriented professional, focused on meeting the needs of her employers and their guests.

Nick and Lou are consummate professionals who can handle the needs of the most exacting guest while maintaining a fun and light hearted atmosphere on board.

James Hutchison - Chef
Growing up in Hobart Australia, James has 10 years professional culinary experience. James enjoys cooking Mediterranean-style cuisine with a seafood and Italian bias, using only the freshest ingredients to produce high quality meals which complement the seasonal sailing environment. James willingly caters to any individual culinary tastes and requirements.

Anton Parker - Mate
Anton hails from Southend on Sea, England, and with a long family tradition afloat has rarely strayed far from the water. Anton has raced and cruised both modern and classic yachts. Complementing Freedom's sailing team, Anton holds a RYA Yacht Masters Certificate. Formerly a professional lifeguard, he ensures that safety and fun on the water are guaranteed as he leads our water sports programme.
